Upon full payment, clients receive rights to final deliverables as specified in their agreement. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and reusable components remain the property of Expressway Landbase Pvt. Ltd. unless otherwise stated.
Limitation of liability
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Haryana, India.
